Saturday night, May 2, 2015, two a cappella singing groups performed at The Cabot, a historically important theater in downtown Beverly, MA.
The Uninvited Bridesmaids are a female quartet that apologized for their somewhat depressing song choices. I think their melancholic style makes them unique and interesting, and I wouldn’t change that about them. Their mix and dynamics were perfect and they sang with beautiful precision.

Fermata Town is a larger group of 20-somethings from the Boston area. This was probably the most pleasing performance I’ve seen. Their recent touring has given them a shine that shows in their work. They had my son dancing from start to finish!

Thanks to Fermata Town founding member Dan Campagna for granting me photo access. It was a great room—full of moody lighting and ambiance—to shoot these beautiful people.
Thanks for taking some great pictures, Josh! You’re the man!

Josh, these photos are so much fun! Nice to meet you and your son at the concert, and I hope to see you again! 🙂 -Sarah
It was such a pleasure to sit up front and have the opportunity to test my skills with a new camera setup at your show. I’m very much looking forward to seeing Fermata Town again and taking more photos.
